With transportation to and from appointments.

In resolving issues with previous appointments.

With a transportation recovery where a scheduled trip has failed.

Given the nature of certain types of calls, some members may express feelings of distress, impatience, fear, or anxiety. This can pose a challenging situation to handle. However, the experience can also be highly rewarding - having the opportunity to provide valuable assistance to these members.

Effortlessly maneuver through the client's system by utilizing function keys to ensure accurate processing of ride transportation.

Collaborating with various departments within the client to effectively address and resolve transportation and eligibility issues.​

System & Equipment Requirements
*No Chromebook or Mac systems are capable

Computer with 16 GB RAM or higher (Required for newer clients)

Dual Monitors (Highly recommended; some clients require it)

Hardwired Ethernet Connection (Wi-fi is not allowed)

CPU Requirements: Intel Core i5 (6th Gen or newer) OR AMD equivalent

Operating System: Must have the latest version of Windows 11 (fully updated) - Windows 10 is not supported by most clients

Available Hours
Monday-Friday 7 am-8 pm EST
**No Weekends***

Client requests agents service 20 hours per week, 4 hours on Monday
​
Starting Pay: $13.50 per hour
