System & Equipment Requirements

*Chromebook & Mac systems are NOT compatible

​

  • Computer with 16 GB RAM or higher (Required for newer clients)

  • Dual Monitors (Highly recommended; some clients require it)

  • Hardwired Ethernet Connection (Wi-fi is not allowed)

  • CPU Requirements: Intel Core i5 (6th Gen or newer) OR AMD equivalent

  • Operating System: Must have the latest version of Windows 11 (fully updated) - Windows 10 is not supported by most clients

**Any other equipment needed will be advised of upon enrollment**

 

 

Available Hours

 

Monday- Friday    8 am- 9 pm EST

Saturday- Sunday 9 am- 6 pm EST

 

Client requests agents service 20 hours per week, (3 hours) required on a Saturday or Sunday

 

Starting Pay: $12.50 per hour (Customer Service)
