Do I have to pass a background check?

​

Yes, we require a high standard of integrity. Any persons that have been convicted of or have pled guilty to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges will not be approved as a CSP. There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $30 for your background check.

 

Are there any benefits offered?

​

Unfortunately, there are no benefits such as medical, dental, PTO, etc. You will be an Independent Contractor not an employee. Therefore, any coverage needed will be the responsibility of the CSP.

 

Do you take out taxes from my paycheck?

​

No, taxes are not deducted from your bi-weekly pay. Because you will be an Independent Contractor, you will receive a 1099 in place of a standard W-2 for tax purposes every year.

 

Are there any start-up costs?

​

Yes, you will be required to pay a $20 refundable deposit for any client you choose to work with. This ensures that you will be present on the first day of class.

 

Do I get Paid for training?

​

No, our CSPs are Independent Contractors and do not attend "training". Instead, you'd take a client certification course, which during this time you would not be paid. You will be required to attend any and all certification courses for your selected client. Depending on the client, you will start taking calls while in certification which you will be paid for.

 

Do I have to pay any fees?

​

As an Independent Contractor you are also responsible for any operating fees such as a landline phone service, internet service and equipment required to service. There is an administrative fee of $60 deducted each pay period.

 

How much is the pay?

​

The pay rate varies depending on the client you choose to work. Currently, CSPs are earning $11-$14 per hour as a base rate. There is no limit to how much you can earn. You select the number of hours you want to work; the more you work, the more you earn!

Do you contract Internationally?

​

We contract with agents within the United States, with the EXCEPTION of: California, Connecticut, Colorado , Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin. Canada, Jamaica and India. 

 

Can I advance within the company?
