  • Transferring calls to Client customer service when required

  • Additional services as mutually agreed upon by Client

  • Deliver fluent written and verbal English

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills

  • Agents will need to have sales ability, able to multitask and take quick notes, and have a knowledge of geography.

  • Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, the ability to work under pressure

  • Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication

  • Provides knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent customer service

System & Equipment Requirements


*No Chromebooks or Mac systems are capable
 

  • Computer with 16 GB RAM or higher (Required for newer clients)

  • Dual Monitors (Highly recommended; some clients require it)

  • Hardwired Ethernet Connection (Wi-Fi is not allowed)

  • CPU Requirements: Inter® Core i5 (6th Gen or newer) OR AMD equivalent

  • Operating System: Must have the latest version of Windows 11 (fully updated) - Windows 10 is not supported by most clients

 
**Any other equipment needed will be advised of upon enrollment**



Available Hours

Monday- Friday 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST 

 

Sunday – Saturday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST 

 

Client requests agents service 20 hours per week, 5 hours Sat and/or Sun

​

Starting Pay: $12.50 per hour
