I am a wife,  a mother,  a Notary Public, a member of The IBO Directory, the V.P. of Administration with Southern Georgia Black Chambers and the Owner/Operator of this amazing call center.

 

I started my journey in the customer service industry at the age of 14, working as a Customer Service Clerk at Winn-Dixie in my hometown of Miami, FL. Throughout the years it became hard for me to work outside of my home, so I made the decision to leave my job in 2012. That is when I started my very first business which was named Superior Communications of PSL Inc. Being a novice in business, I had a lot of learning and growing to do. I've made many mistakes along the way and everything that I've learned has brought me here today. We are now Superior Virtual Solutions, LLC and have been partnered with a platform that provides me the flexibility I need to generate income and spend time with my family. I registered immediately, certified for my first client in 30 days and was immediately earning income. It has been amazing and I have no intentions on going back to work outside of my home. For about six years I was the only agent working for my call center. I began sharing my story with others and have been able to help change their lives as well.
